CCleaner: Delete all temp files in one go!

Description: CCleaner (short for Crap Cleaner) is a file cleaner that can delete all excess log and temp files from your PC, and besides from cleaning up some hard disk space, CCleaner can delete also internet logging files so that your security and privacy when surfing can be protected. There can be an optional “Run CCleaner” entry in the Recycle Bin context menu to choose when installing. This can be edited in the “Options” (see screenshot) tab.

There is also some additional functions in this program, which can make it a all-in-one solution for those who do not like a lot of programs installed on their machines. For people who don’t know which files they can delete, either google the terms to find out or just ignore the entries.
